Post Fall Arrest Rescue Training
PURPOSE:
This training is suitable for people working at height where there is a risk of injury of a fall. This training will give you the basic skills of performing a post fall arrest rescue.
DURATION: ± 3 Hours
RATIO OF TRAINER TO TRAINEES: Minimum of six (6) trainees, but more trainees can be accommodated

- Introduction
- Definition of suspension trauma
- Which equipment tuse tperform the rescue
- Identify and understand the remote access rescue kit
- Rescue after a fall – use of the rescue kit
- Care and inspection of the rescue kit
- Practical
REQUIREMENTS
- Training room or venue to accommodate trainees
- All Trainees to be able to read and write
- Fall Prevention Technologies will provide all equipment required throughout the course
- Trainees to provide their own overalls and other standard PPE as dictated by the environment
CERTIFICATES
A Training Certificate will be issued to all passing Trainees. Training coordinator to have a list of Trainee names and ID numbers available on the day of training
